So i love the way the NCR armor looks, but i could never find it early on in the game without killing some1. I have found a solution. When you go to Nipton, there is a house there call Nipton Hotel. Inside this house i found around Dead troopers that have armor no weapons however. So after looting them and repair i almost had a perfect condition NCR armor set. Nipton appears only in Fallout: New Vegas.
